1. Subscription Cancellation

• Customers must request cancellation by sending an email to contact@aplicaro.com with their account details and reason for cancellation.
• The cancellation request must be sent before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
• Once the cancellation request is processed, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

• Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly, we will review the issue and process a refund if applicable.
• Service Malfunction: If there was a major system failure preventing you from using the service as intended, a partial or full refund may be issued.
• First-Time Users: If you are a new customer and request cancellation within 7 days of the first payment, a full refund may be considered.

3. Refund Processing
